Day 1: Bhopal to Delhi – Arrival in Agra

If you want to go for a short trip, take a flight or train from Bhopal to Delhi. You will arrive at the airport or at the rail station, our representative will receive you and drive you to Agra. Delhi to Agra is a 3-4 journey by road. You have arrived in Agra, settle down in your hotel and have a rest after the long ride. You can visit the local market in the evening or you can sample Mughlai delicacies for which Agra is very famous. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 2: Agra Sightseeing

You start your day at the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World after breakfast in the hotel. The emperor Shah Jahan made this beautiful monument in memory of his adored wife Mumtaz Mahal. Take some time and look at white marble buildings, gardens and history. Then visit the other UNESCO World Heritage site, the Agra Fort. This fort is a combination of palaces, gateways and courtyards which demonstrate the strength of the Mughal rulers. In the evening, go to Mehtab Bagh, a serene garden on Yamuna River. It is here where you will have a spectacular view of the sunset of the Taj Mahal. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 3: Agra to Fatehpur Sikri – Back to Delhi

In the morning, you will have the option of taking the sunrise view of the Taj Mahal which looks magical. Have breakfast at the hotel, and then start the journey to Fatehpur Sikri, the ancient Mughal capital constructed by Akbar. The city is referred to as the city of grand architecture and royal history. The attractions that are important here are the Buland Darwaza which is among the tallest gateways in the world, and the Jama Masjid and palaces constructed by the queens of Akbar. Proceed to Fatehpur Sikri then head back to Delhi. Upon arrival, book into your hotel and rest.

Day 4: Delhi Sightseeing – Departure to Bhopal

Check out of your hotel after breakfast and take time to do a brief sightseeing tour of Delhi before you leave. India gate, a war memorial, Rashtrapati Bhavan and the popular Qutub Minar, high minaret built in the Delhi Sultanate are some of the most crucial places, which you will visit. If you have more time; you can visit the Tomb of Humayun that is similar to the Taj Mahal. You can also visit the Isa Khan that is composed of blue marbles and it is located beside Humayun Tomb only. There is the Sunder Nursery located nearby, a serene place and also a UNESCO heritage site. Then our representative will transport you to the airport or railway station and you shall continue your trip to Bhopal.
