Detailed Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Bangalore to Coorg Transfer
On arrival at Bangalore airport/railway station, you will be escorted to Coorg. Enjoy a drive of 5 hours while getting the picturesque experience on SUV Cars. Coorg is beautifully snuggled in the charming bliss of the Western Ghats which is a perfect hill station getaway in South India. The hill slopes are covered with tea gardens, hill peaks draped in snow, while countless streams and waterfalls add a unique charm to it.
On arrival in Coorg, get assistance with check-in and take rest. The remaining day is at your discretion. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Coorg Sightseeing
Start the 2nd day with breakfast and enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Coorg. Begin with exploring the tranquilness of coffee plantations and orchards spread over the slopes. Hike up to the Madikeri Fort offering scenic views as well as the heritage charm of the hill station. Pay a visit to an ancient temple of Lord Omakreshwar. Stay overnight in Coorg.
Day 3: Wayanad Transfer
On this day, you will explore the delicious breakfast. Later, check out from the hotel at Coorg and leave for Wayanad by Sedan Car. Drive pass by lush green valleys, misty hills, waterfalls, and scenic hamlets. On your arrival, check in to the hotel. The remaining day is at your leisure. You may explore the town on your own and have a great time. Stay overnight in Wayanad.
Day 4: Wayanad Sightseeing
After breakfast, get ready for a sightseeing tour of Wayanad. Embark on a visit to –
- Glass House at Kottamuda
- Trek to Chembra Peak
- Pre-historic Edakkal Caves
- Banasura Sagar Dam
- Pazhassi Tomb
Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Wayanad.
Day 5: Departure from Calicut
The Hill Station Tour of South India will conclude on this day. After breakfast, get a timely transfer to the airport or railway station for your further journey with loads of memories.
Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies
- 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.
- 45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
