Day 1: Arrival in Udaipur

Evening
Walk through Saheliyon Ki Bari, a stunning fountained and marble-pavilioned garden. Cap off the evening with a stop at the Bagore Ki Haveli Museum, where you see a performance of a classic Rajasthani dance and return to your hotel.

Day 2: Udaipur to Jodhpur

Morning
Drive to Jodhpur (5 hours) and overnight at your hotel. Explore the beautiful Mehrangarh Fort, which has fine views over the Blue City and has a decent museum of Rajput history.

Afternoon
See the Jaswant Thada, an exquisite white marble cenotaph. Have a traditional Rajasthani lunch and then visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace, a former palace converted into a royal palace with an interesting museum.

Day 3: Jodhpur to Bikaner

Drive to Bikaner (4 hours) and visit the Junagarh Fort, a restored fort with beautiful palaces and temples inside.

Enjoy a famous Bikaneri Thali and afterward proceed to visit the Karni Mata Temple, commonly referred to as the Rat Temple, renowned for its holy thousands of rats.

Evening

Day 4: Bikaner to Jaisalmer
