Detailed Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Udaipur
On your arrival at Udaipur railway station or airport, you will be received by our tour representative who will assist you and help you to get check in to the prebooked hotel in Udaipur for a comfortable stay. After that enjoy your lunch and get relaxed in your rooms. The rest of the day is leisurely for you so you can spend some quality time with your family or you can indulge in some fun activities to make your trip unforgettable. Enjoy a delicious dinner in your room and stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Udaipur Sightseeing
On the next day of this tour, you will witness some major sightseeing in the city of lakes. After having a delicious breakfast get ready to move outside and enjoy the beautiful view of the city. On the Udaipur city tour, you will be witnessing the places such as City Palace, Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace, Bagore ki Haveli, Saheliyon ki Bari, and Jag Mandir. Jagdish Temple, Fateh Sagar Lake, Lake Pichola, and many more. After the city excursion, get back to the hotel and stay there overnight.
Day 3: Udaipur to Jodhpur transfer
On the third day of this tour, you will be transferred to Jodhpur, the blue city of the royal state. Post breakfast, complete all the check-out formalities from the hotel and start driving towards sun city. On your arrival in Jodhpur city get yourself to check in to the hotel for a relaxing stay. After that get freshened up and enjoy a delicious lunch at the hotel. The rest of the day is leisurely for you so you can enjoy the free time with your friends or you can indulge in some fun activities with your loved ones. Later enjoy your dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 4: Jodhpur sightseeing
On the fourth day of this tour, you will get a chance to witness the major sightseeing of the blue city. After having a healthy breakfast get ready to explore the city you will get a chance to witness places such as Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Toor Ji ka Jhalra, and Umaid Bhawan Palace, Balsamand Lake, Kalyana Lake, Mandore gardens, and many more. After the city tour, you can enjoy the camel ride and desert safari in the city with your loved ones. Later the excursion of the city, get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Departure
On the last day of this tour, you will depart from the city with lots of memories. Post breakfast, complete all the checkout formalities from the hotel and start moving towards lake city. On your arrival at Udaipur, you will be transferred to the railway station or the airport to continue the onward journey to your home destination. We wish you a safe and secure journey ahead.
Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies
- 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.
- 45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
